Line Cook

July 2016 - August 2019

I worked my way up the restaurant ladder from 2014 - 2017 starting out as a busboy and dishwasher in my favorite local restaurants. Moving back to Baltimore, MD, I started picking up a chef's knife. Specializing in Seafood, I worked in restaurants such as Dylan's Oyster Cellar (Baltimore, MD), Drift (Alpharetta, GA), and Watchman's (Atlanta, GA). I interned at Fish Butchery, Sydney, Australia, and ended my cooking career after a brief stint at Pastis, NYC.

Education

August 2010 - May 2016

In high school I focused on Art, taking AP Art Studio and Art History classes. When I turned 18 I attempted to start my first business filing for the LLC, Suburbs Clothing. That didn't go as well as I hoped and became a burden while trying to juggle school as well. My attention shifted to sculpture and most importantly video in college but eventually I was engulfed with the diagnosis of Bipolar 1. I left the Maryland Institute College of Art after just two full years of their undergrad program.
